- LoSt clan are hosting a 1v1 tournament for players ranked 1950+ on ELO rating.
What is it
A 1v1 knock-out tournament consisting of all civs, except Japan and India! This will test players skill without the use of imbalances and show the true champions among us!
When is it
Signups close - 21st May
Tournament Starts - 24th May To check your elo rating, simply visit the ELO Rating website and Enter your ESO account name.

Parfait -Aggressive and detail-oriented. I don't enjoy playing defensively and will attack at every opportunity. WCG selected very open, aggressive maps last year and that made the game play much better, except unfortunately it was mainly Dutch wars.

- The Ensemble Studios Online Servers will be offline on Tuesday the 6th of May for a scheduled Maintenance.
Quoted from Ensemble: The ESO servers are going to be taken offline for regularly scheduled maintenance on 5/06 at 1:00pm GMT (7:00am CST). Server down time is expected to be approximately 3 hours.

- We have been hard at work getting interviews with Experts. The first interview was with Viper.

We are trying to confirm rumors that at least one of these hacking programs places a Trojan on your PC and then steals your account information. Cheaters beware!

- Saying Goodbye to a Great Staff Member!

- A few months ago Angel_Walker let us know that he would be leaving around the end of April. He's been increasingly busy with school and personal life, so he has decided to resign his position as a Heavengames Angel.
On behalf of all the staff at not only AoE3H, but all of Heavengames, I would like to thank Walker for all the work he did with the site and for all he contributed on the forums. He will definitely be missed! And he knows that if he ever wants to return, he'll be more than welcome!
If you would like to say goodbye to walker, click here to visit our news forum. I'm sure he'll be stopping by at least once or twice to wish everyone well!

- Interested in improving your game? Want to help out the community with your already superb skills? Then become a Mentee or a Mentor in the community's first official Mentoring project!
If you would like to sign up, post your ESO (Age of Empires Online Account) name, your timezone (relative to GMT), what civilization you would be interested in teaching or learning, and your current Power Rating.
The signups will end in about a weeks time, so hurry up! They are open to all people at any level, and I encourage everyone to give it a try.

- Electronic Sports League (ESL for short) are hosting a 1v1 tournament following the latest patch for The Asian Dynasties.
The cup starts on Saturday, 26th of April at 20.00 CET and all games will be played back to back on this day.
The cup has 32 slots and will be run with a checkin system. To find out more visit the article on thier website.
