1. Can you torch a building in AOE3? We have all enjoyed watching a building catch on fire after you hit it with a sword about a hundred times (has anyone actually tested that to see if it works in real life?). But in colonial times fire was commonly used to stop expansion into new areas by those who didn't want you there. However, it seems overpowered to be able to walk up with a torch and destroy a building.
2. Will fire spread from building to building? Let's say that a building is on fire, either by the traditional AOK method or a new way. Should it be able to jump from one building to the next? This would seem OP too, but if you know it up front you will have to build farther apart. If you see a colony with the houses too close together, just destroy one and you get them all. Does anyone know of another game that includes spreading fire?
3. Forest fires - Could you torch your opponents wood resources? AOM had a God power for forest fires. Maybe AOE3 will have burning forests too.
