All due to that booths tend to be very expensive. So any kind of grouping possible will save tens of thousands.
While not knowing the exact details of e3, i know something about biker/boat etc conventions (is that the right word?). And those slots go at 10-50.000 a booth +electricity etc, which is easily another 5000. And being so enormous, a e3 bill might easily go at $100.000, and thats just for getting abooth and such. Not to mention that 5+ people have to get paid for 10+ hours for 3(?) days too..
So any type of grouping atall, is absolutely neccesary. Not to mention financially sound
How long is it for and when does it start and finish? Oh, and in what city does it take place?

May 17th to the 20th, and it's in Los Angeles. It's a media only event, thus it's not possible to get in unless you're 18 and you work for a registered 'news' associate.
HG will have several representatives, including Soccy. AoE III, no doubt, will be a stop.

I wonder if they'll have a playable demo at the booth.
