@ES_Sandyman
Thanks for repsonding.
I would love it if a player who resigns get less(or next to none) of the bonus batleXP. That way people will be more likely to at least put a few attacks in and use up their resources. That's all I am hoping for (ok.. granted a little penalty would be nice; but givin them no (or next to none) bonus battleXP would be the way i'd say).
It is not that i want people to suffer for hittin the resign button, I just think that there should be some incentive to play on (or penalty for resigning quickly). Ofcourse as i said this shouldn't be the case to much if the play was really unequal, as the 'noob' would then get a penalty/no bonus which wasn't deserved and the 'expert' would gain more than he deserves.
I have played some games in which i thought all was lost, got a villager out of the way, builded new buildings, houses and was able to win the game. When all looks lost it doesn't have to be (in some caese u'll even learn something..).
Have one game that was legendary; with oranos on a higland map using the skypasses in a 2v1 (i was the one). Thought i was a gonner a copple of times, but in the end was victorious {and not with the other plyrs giving up because they grew tired of the battles everywhere; one i pushed so much he spilled all his resources, and the other i wiped away. Then it was easy killing the one left with next to none res}.
Hiding 1 unit away and then waiting to be found is another thing i agree. Although you can find them fairly easy:
Think where the most logical places are, build outposts in aoc, and u'll have em soon. In aom it is slightly more complicated, but spreading out units will get u there fairly quick. I have never played a game where i didn't find the last unit in say 30secs-10minutes.
