I think he means two players controlling the same civ, and playing like they were the same person, just that you can do twice as much, then one can concentrate on the economy and one on the military (since formation and such stuff will be important now).

yea thats it,maybee it can divide the points for each guy when its done 50% each but in game must use new hc,that sounds fair no?

i dont think so i think everyone will be separate cuz what if your partner doesn't live up to your standard and so you are screwed i think
1 person = 1 hc

whell you cant win them all . but it would have to be only coop teams no single enemy because they would have a level whatever hc and that wouldnt be fair

They could have it like a seperate kind of game,like in AoM they had like conquest,lightining,and supremacy all different ratings.Itwouldnt be fair if you were 2 people playing against 1 person even if u control 1 town b/c you would be able to react faster to everything and stuff.
