Ok I've searched and read some stuff on the decks (inclduing Zen's FAQ). Here's my question which is quite specific.
How do you 'make' customized decks? If I have, say, 21 cards 'opened' to my HC does that mean I can prepare and set up 6 or so customized decks (the 15 basic cards plus combos for the other 5 cards)which are somehow saved with my HC and then when i go into a game i choose one of those decks to carry into the game. (Or do you have to have 40 cards available to make 2 non-overlapping decks of 20?).
Or maybe I just cant visulaize how this works at all ;-)?

You create a deck, name it, and then you go through your list of cards (they'll be separated by type (military, economic.. etc)) and check the ones you want, and uncheck the ones you don't.
In game, when you click your HC button you have to pick which deck you want to use, pick whatever.
That's all

kewl. So to clarify, if i have a HC with 21 open cards I could then build any configuration of 20 cards for a customized decks from it? (dont you have to use the basic 15 cards in each deck?)

Yes. You can have up to 20 cards in a deck, even less if you wish.
