That video card isn't really supported. You need to buy a better video card (non- integrated ones).

As Elpea said your card isn't supported, also I highly doubt it is wise to run everything on as high as it can go, especially since that intel card is very weak. Try lowering those graphics settings. If that doesn't work then you have no choice but to buy a new card because yours isn't supported so complaining to ES won't do much.

Ok, well i've been looking into buying a nvidia 5700 pci slot, anyone know if that will run this game without these bugs?

Also, can somone help me in upgrading my drivers?

Oh, and the game runs fine, no lag or chugging, this is the only problem.

Just like I thought, a shader issue. You posted your problem in my thread.

Problem solved?

Sweet.

The game looks nice, but not as nice as it can, that's for sure. You have limited pixel and vertex shader capacity, so you'll miss all of those beautiful water reflections and glistening beams of sunlight. But, it runs!

You should really use low settings if u hav any type of Intel cards. Thats what I did and the game runs perfectly.
