yeah that was stupid. Man this game is loosing its AoE signature. I don't like it.

I don't think this will make them more utilized but its a lot cooler. The recharge rate is a bit slow but there's probably a card for some civ oranother where you can make it faster.

I like the new way of healing . I make 3-4 monks and they heal my troops great. of course I alternate the monks so there recharge times = out for a fresh one at all times, or close to it. its more realistic to me.

I thought this "area healing" was just a special ability that can be used once in a while, not the ONLY way they can heal

I like the new way. With battles more... ranged and fast paced you need a fast way to heal your troops.

The new healing style is much better for during battles, but much worse for healing wounds after battles.

While I've not seen it, I think this "area healing" thing is an... ok idea, but I really like the old way better.
