here is why swinger lost to that.
He went for native raiding on texas... the map that starts every civ with 2 towers... he wasted countless wood on raids while not doing enough damage to make a lasting impact. I've played swinger more than my fair share and his native raids are killer, but Texas is a noob map, not the best for raiding.
Swinger was doubled. A double strelet rush is uber powerful, if perhaps he used his wood and food on archers instead of natives or if he put more wooders on gold he could have had enough cav/musketeers to easily beat back the strelets
He trained doppels instead of musketeers. I know what he was thinking, that the doppels would be best against hordes like that but what he didn't count on the doppels being focused on and killed before they made the impact they could have.
His ally didn't do the best job, he would have EASILY beat both of your forces had he spent his resources on straight janissaries and not the abus guns, it was a bad choice. He also lost a lot of troops to poor handling in some of the first battles, notably where his jans went 3 by 3 into the twin hordes of strelets that were right outside swingers base.
You guys played a dangerous hand there taking SO long to get that rush going, by the time you guys started to build for the rush is when I usually like to have my troops in combat. luckily though the ottoman player wasn't the best or else you would have been met with a timely defeat, and also luckily you were on texas where you have blockhouses in place to defend you.
All in all great team work and awesome pressure. Swinger is a bad mutha but you managed to bring him down and his ally watch out for his revenge TGE
