Anyone wants to share their MP deck, If u dont have a MP deck then u can post ur SP deck. This way we can compare or give suggestions (even find a way to beat those)

U can post a deck u would like to have. Try to give the card name and the info.

I noticed that you don't have many cards that ship over units, is that because it is better to upgrade your current units then shipping over more standard units?

Decks can be easily viewed on ESO2, why would we bother posting them?

I dont keep many unit shipments since i dont really need them later on in the game. Portugese units r weaker unless upgraded so i keep cards that upgrade my units so they r stronger than other by late game. Thats why i keep all the building upgrades as well since they let me Defensive Boom/turtle longer so i can upgrade my units to the max.

    I am surprised to see the medicine Card in so many decks.

    I got it but I dont use it anymore, dosnt it just work out to one free settler, not now, but in a few min and you still have to PAY 100 food for him.

    Just dosnt pay off compared to some of the other cards you can send, or am I missing something.

    I use the portugese, so I figure this would be better for me than any other Civ and I still dont like it.

    I have to be missing something, what is it? Its 10% faster training right? Or is it more than that?

    I believe its 10%. After using that card for awhile, I realized that it doesnt affect settler wagons, and I got rid of the card because by the time I get to age 2 I'll have most of the settlers I usually need and soon after that I'd use germantown farmers in Age 3 and create settler wagons.

    My dutch Deck,

    age1: 3 vils, bank of amsterdam, bank of rotterdam, 10% increase on mills

    Age2: 4 vils, fencing school, riding school, religious freedom, 10% infantry attack, 10% team infanrty hitpoints, dutch east india company

    Age3: 10% infantry combat, 10 cavalry combat, Fort, landsnetch merc, black rider mercs

    Age4: tulip speculation (more bank production), factory, robber barrons.

    wow TGE, no age 2 military? You're just asking to get rushed. You should swap one of the cards for the native shipment card (although it sucks if there is only 1 native tribe on the map like carib or iroquois, my personal fav is the maya/aztec, ignoring the obvious comanche/lakota), and possibly 1 for the advanced TP. It gives you a free anti-rush army that doesn't cost any pop slots. That and the advanced TP is a cheap/uber tower, although limited in where you can build it. I do love unit upgrade cards, they are pretty powerful. That's one of the british advantages I think, uber musketeers and grenadiers for 3 cards. Who could ask for anything more?

    I am seeing realy cool decks, all of them have good. I find it pretty hard to choose cards for ur deck sometimes.

    -I can only remember my single-player deck (mainly because it's my better one)...

    Age 1: 3 villagers, bank of Amsterdam and Rotterdam, and the militia card (I'm scared of being rushed)

    Age 2: the 'church' card, the 'blacksmith' card, 4 villagers, the 'cheaper banks' card, and the 'faster infantry training' card

    Age 3 (my favorite age!): Swiss Pikemen, improve infantry attack/hp, those 'flamboyant' sword mercenaries, a fort,

    Age 4: a factory, the mercenary army with Swiss Pikemen...

    -And that's all I can remember...I think I have a medicine card in it...but I'm not sure. Hopefully my online deck will be something like this...eventually.

    I am actually quite good at stopping rushes... I seldom need a military shipment, the only rush that gets me it the gay abus rush but besides that not too many rushes can stop a good dutch

    TGE, what do you think of the stadhouder shipment for dutch in age 1? I sometimes use it and it really comes in handy for boosting resources and XP. I saw you use it in the bump and run replay, have you dropped it now?

    Also, is it just me or do the dutch cards suck?

    Dutch are all about the boom and turtle, I used the stadhoulder card that one game because I wanted to see if it would make a difference, it didn't really.

    As for Dutch cards, they pwn. banks and bank and banks

    I have so many people tell me the Dutch suck in long games blah blah...

    they don't... they are one of the best late game civs and they get there UBER fast. i usually always make it to age 4 and by then I have such awesome skirmishers that nothing else can touch them...

    I fill my deck full of cards that allow me to boom, stronger skirmishers means I spend less resources on army because they last longer and do more damage, by age 3 my skirmishers are doing 40% more damage than other skirmishers with my cards and the arsenal tech and they have 20% more HP. by age 4 I have no problem winning as long as I'm not trippled (I can usually hold off a lot of doubles but 2 very good players will pwn me, though a very good player and a decent player won't have the same luck)

    I sit down and hope I am rushed as dutch, I love to be rushed, I spend about 1/4 the resources to defend the rush than they spend to do it and 90% of the time the rush fails (10% being Ottoman rushes and native rushes that sometimes just overwhelm me) so I then take the "break time" (the time it takes for them to restart aggression) and boom my ass off. the more I boom the more troops I can push out quickly. 4 barracks pushing out some of the most powerful Skirmishers 50% faster than someone else = victory.

    Now granted others can research techs for better skirmishers but in the end unless they have a deck full of skirmisher cards they aren't going to beat me. They can come with cav, with artillery, with whatever they feel like, but if they let me get to age 4... their chances of winning will fall sharply.

    Is it possible to beat off a double ottoman rush with no ally support?

    I can generally keep off 1 ottoman at my own level while maintaining a superior econ, but once the other comes from trashing my partner I'm screwed.
