i've had some serious issues with being able to place buildings on enemy territory on water maps. i understand on amazonia you have to be somewhat close to a tp to be able to raise a building, which is already annoying enough. yesterday i played carribean, decided to take the battle to his island as fast as possible, grabbed a bunch of vills an landed on him. what seemed like a good idea almost made me throw my comp out he window: so i walked the shoreline trying to raise a tower, barracks, anything, but i couldn't. i'm not talking about one screen here, i'm talking about a friggin journey around his coastline trying to place a building. it's also not like i tried to build super close to water or anything, i could not make out a single reason why the game wouldn't let me put barracks at certain spots. to me it seems like that i can build at places in one game when it won't let me do the same in another game. it's not like i've never ever built on shorelines before. i find this not only confusing, but terribly annoying. so can somebody give a definite guidline of where a player can raise buildings?
