Dupsky, you dont even answer my questions, you clearly dont know how to debate. Too bad there's not an ignore feature on this board. Next time, drop some and grow a bush, then open your mouth.
@Sean: EVERY other strategy game out there is free online play, its a standard nowadays. Only MMORPGS are not because they require servers on a massive scale with 100+mbits of bandwidth, which = money. We did'nt ask ES to create an online system, they would have, and us as well I believe, been better off not wasting the bandwidth and time if we would've just been required to use the ZONE.
Okay, so I buy another copy of the game, now I'm required to buy another computer? Who has the time to install two separate operating systems on a single HDD? What a pain in the a$$. The point is, we, the paying customers who paid a premium, should NOT have to go out of our way just to play games. If ES refuses to not give multiple accounts per key, they can, like someone suggested earlier, have separate win ratios for every civ. I like my win rate high so I can get accepted into games with better players (contrary to your belief of me being a smurf Dupsky).
Edit: @Sean: if ES were to shut down ESO and not provide any other form of online multiplayer, then not only would they be eating their own words of "creating a community" but also giving Microsof bad business credit. Lemme draw this out for you 12 year olds. Bad business practice of pissing off customers --> no more paying customers --> no more income to supply the creation of games for Ensemble Studios --> Microsoft no longer publishing their games --> Bruce Shelly and his team selling hotdogs on the corner. Get it? If not, read this post after you get into high school.
Matter eh? What else can It transport?? - Homer SimpsonI can't believe I missed the Victoria Secret Fashion show.
