That's about as useful as saying you have a computer. Processor clock and core if possible, graphics card model number, ram and its speed....

My computer > Control Panel > System. Based on what you know now, I doubt you built your comp. Chances are you have a shit gfx card, shit ram, and an ok cpu. Check the box/guide to your comp

It fed the will, and it gave strength to endure, and to master sinew and limb beyond the measure of mortal kind."

The one thing you need to upgrade is your graphics card. I doubt that it will play the game at all let alone at a high level.

You can buy 6600gt's for around 100 now, which would help you no end.

dunno, but I'm just under recommended too (radeon 9600) but I can still play it on very high settings so no need to buy a new card.

Minimum means you can play with lag. I would recommend being a bit above recommended

Wow, that thing was a ways off. I passed everything by far, but I have an x1800 xl and it says I am below minimum? Trust me, I paid 450 bucks for this about 2 months ago and I get 150+ FPS with everything max and of course, no lag. It could not be more wrong about the gfx card. Then again, the x1000 series is new so maybe it didn't have proper data. It recognized the card though...

Indeed, it says that my video card (radeon 9600 series) sucks but I can play AOE3 and HL2 on high graphics settings without lag. But it rates your CPU, RAM, ... well.

I would bump up the RAM too. 512 MB.... ehhh. 1 GB would definitely be better. But you're going to need another graphics card as others have said.
