Why not give the dutch an 0.7 gatherrating for coin and 0.55 for wood. The negative bonnus would be 0.7 for food instead of 0.78.
This may look like a punny little bonnus and even an disadvantage with the food. But since the Dutch are an coin-based civ why not make there gatherrate look like an coin-based civ instead of only the negative side?
This is just mine idea. All idea's need to be mod.
I also like the idea of losing the 4 banks limit in to 6 maybe 8.
Please give your idea's And I make a list of it so that we don't need to read like 6 topic's to know all idea's

change + 1 bank cards in + 1 bank limit + 1 bank wagon (and move to colonial)
Allow villagesr to garison inside banks and banks recieve an attack when units are garrisoned.
- Banks cost 100f 100w, maybe less, less effective at earlier ages + less hitpoints. bank upgrades in the church at age3 or age4
- You have to have 1 or 2 buildings to go to age 3
-The first one is an escalating bank cost.

- Combine the two +1 bank limit cards (which frees them up a card)
- Make the Dutch East India Company card worthwhile (from 15% to 25% cheaper banks, scratch the 100% extra HP).
Increase HP and Attack (mayby a 3x bonus vs. siege?) of Ruyters.
- settlers cost 90 gold (10% less)
- settler limit increased (# TBD)
- Bank of Amsterdam card replaced with card that increases infantry speed by 10%
- Bank of Rotterdam card replaced with something else
