ok so iv known about cutech since i started playing, and power rating since it came out, but now i see something called ELO. Is that the same as cutech? If not what is the difference between the two? thanks

Hm I thought there was a system to factor in HC level and the comparative popularity of the civs used, so that if a german wins a ottoman he's going to get much more points than if he used, say, russians. Is that removed now?

For some reason it doesn't count one of my games (my record is W24, L12; ELO says W23, L12). All my games were played during the past two weeks.
