Just looked at a few of the new screen shots and the one that has mounted natives verse unmounted ones (including a very siege units) shows a few large huts, I wonder if the natives will have bigger houses (huts maybe) that cost slightly more but hold more people.
For instance, each "hut" may cost 150-180 wood but would increase maximum population by 20 (normal houses cost 100 wood and increase maximum population by 10).
Just an Idea, but they do look larger then houses in Aoe3 Vanilla relative to what seems to be a native barrack and "siege workshop."
Um, there is alreday a bonus like that (see British civ on Aoe3...)

They're called LONGHOUSES, and I have already posted many times that they will most likely support more populations (20 instead of 10) OR be able to train the Iroquois version of militia from each house (say, one or two militia men from each house).
- If the bonus supports 20 population, then expect the cost of longhouses to be more than normal houses.
- If the bonus allows players to train the Iroquois version of militia from each house, then expect the cost of the longhouses to remain the same as normal houses.

No, the British bonus is free settlers spawn from manor houses, which cost 50% more than normal houses.

Right, i knew there was something about the British houses, i never play with them though.
The fact that the Iroquois hosues are called longhouses might give that idea, and i totally agree with it.

13) We noticed that the houses (longhouses?) appeared quite larger than that of the Europeans. Does this mean that they have other functions? A – this represents the fact that Iroquois longhouses were larger than European homes. They do support more pop, for what it’s worth.
Good enough answer?
