Mind you, these are ideas that will allow the Sioux to be their nomadic selves. They deal with hunting and agriculture.
Sioux War Chief Special Ability: "Call of the Hunt"
* Description: The Sioux War Chief will have the ability to call for a hunt at any point in the game as long as he has this ability available. The ability works like any other War Chief or Explorer special ability. You click the button and click anywhere on the screen to activate it. The ability doesn't work exactly where you click on the screen, instead, the ability randomly selects a place on the map where a herd of bison spawn. Usually the herd will appear in the center of the map, but sometimes it can be close to your enemies, so the object will be to fight for it.
* Recharge Time: The ability does not have a recharge time. Instead, the ability can only be used once until the herd has been completely hunted.
* Note: This special ability has to be bought.*** This ability would be a good bonus for the Sioux on maps with little huntables, or after most of the huntables have been hunted. The cool thing about this ability is that it wouldn't be overpowered, because any player would be able to claim it and fight over it.
Sioux War Chief Special Ability: "The Expanding Herds"
* Description: The Sioux War Chief will have the ability to choose a herd of huntables to spare so that they may grow in numbers until they are needed. When the ability is targetted on a herd of huntables, or even a single huntable, that huntable will slowly begin to produce more huntables around it. The more huntables within the targetted area, the faster the huntables will reproduce. Reproducing animals will be noted by a faint white glow and will only last for a few minutes. When the time expires, the animals will no longer reproduce.
* Recharge Time: The ability does not have a recharge time. Instead, the ability can only be used once per game.
* Note: This special ability has to be bought.*** This ability would be good bonus for a Sioux player so that he or she spends more time worrying about hunting instead of planning a time to begin farming.

Sioux Special Cards
* Stray Bison: This card can be used unlimited times and will spawn three to five bison near your town center. The card would be available in Age II.
* The Great Hunt: This card spawns a herd of bison near your town center. The number of bison depends on your current Age. The card would be available in Age III.---------------------------
Sioux Agriculture and Trade
* Farms: Instead of having mills, the Sioux will have farms that only five farmers can work on at a time. Farms are smaller than mills, which makes up for the fact that only five villager can work per farm. The Sioux will have lower beginning gather rates than other civilizations to illustrate the fact that the Sioux weren't known for their farming. The benefits of farming early are very minuscule, and can hurt a player who neglects hunting more as compared to a European player who to switches to farming just as early. Farms will be the place where Sioux villagers can go to gather while waiting to find a stray herd. However, farming will be much more beneficial in the Sioux' late game, where much of their farming technology will be acquired from the Europeans.
* Trade Markets: Instead of having plantations, Sioux villagers will be able to work at trade markets where they can gather coin by trading goods. I suppose the animation to show this would be to show the villagers preparing goods for shipment, then as they disappear (illustrating they've been shipped), the villagers will bring in traded items and lay them near their receiving stockpile, where they will disappear over time to illustrate their useage. Trade markets can also be the place where players can research economic technologies and "buy tools" from European sources, such as hand saws.
