This is what you can do, besides Emailing ES and posting at Age Community (if you do this, then try the tech help forum...)
Use the ESO Account Management Tool!Ok, I know he changed the password! But doing a step by step thingy, you might be able to get it back... First, click in "Forgot My Password". It'll ask to enter the correct username and then, after that, it'll ask for the secret answer. As he has changed it, you can go into "Forgot My Answer".
So, all its needed is to enter the Product ID and the CD Key. He should get a password reset email... the problem is if the "thief" somehow managed to change the email, then there isn't much that can be done about it but emailing ES/posting at Age Community Tech Help forum. =/
And as there's the possibility someone has a better idea about what can be done here, I'll let this quite unusual thread open...
