I tried mixing normal names up so my FF deck was called Rush, and my ATP Silk Road deck was called Fishboom. I too got confuzzled during games and ended up giving myself a nice batch of schooner cards and Admiralty on Great Plains more than once.
So now I just name my decks "my deck", "my other deck", "yet another deck" in whatever language is appropriate for that civ. If I don't know the language, I just make up gibberish.
Srsly, it's not that helpful to code up your decknames. If I see a zillion mercs and merc combat, or yeomen and 55415 lbow shipments, or advanced scouts, I'll know what's up. I expect my opponents are doing much the same, and thinking up obscure, misleading names fools nobody but (sometimes) yourself.
@Eicho: You could try naming your decks after various things that mean something only to you: say name a water boom deck Bahia Blanca, a revolution deck Tucumán, etc. Just don't play any other Argentinians or you lose your advantage.
