I might be plain stupid but i can't find a way to make rockets, which are meant to be brits special unit. Are they card only units?

Build a factory (HC card) - let it produce heavy artillery

@ImperialLobster Did you ever play AoE3? The British Factory does actually produce rocket launchers.
Well - perhaps I've underestimated the 'typical british humour'

The Brits only get rockets two ways but they are not built. You can spawn them in your factories. Or you can ship them. They have a particularly good 2 Rockets (infinite) card in Age 4. It's found in all my decks.
But the correct response to the post is....
Yes.
Tough on slogans and the causes of slogans.

Actually, the Indians should get rockets too. The Indians used rockets quite a bit against the British in the late 1700s, which is why Congreve was able to convince the British government to try them out. The British did develop a special boat for launching them from the water as well. They were used quite a lot during the Napoleonic War period, especially to bombard cities. The most effective case was the bombardment of Copenhagen in 1807.
I guess that with the British as a ally, the Indians would be able to use rockets. Need to look at that some more. Presently, I have been using the Indians with Portuguese allies on water maps to work on the Ironclad.

Correct me if I'm wrong Time, but didn't the Natives ally with Brits when they colonized the New World? And they like traded and stuff o.O
I am referring to the Asian Indians concerning the rockets. The Native Americans had not yet discovered gunpowder, nor did the North American tribes have any ability with respect to metal refining and casting.
