Change the 50.0000 to 300.0000. They keep their fattened model after placing them on the map.

place sheep, place farmstead, task sheep on it, wait, untask sheep, delete farmstead = fattened sheep. Note that all of this must be done in the editor. I am pretty sure it can be done though triggers as well, but with the sucky editor, it might not work.

Not sure if there is a trigger effect that fattens them. The pen thing is cool but it would drive me crazy waiting for them to put on the meat. Dig how when you select them off the list they look fat, but when you place them they're skinny.

Somethings worked like this in aom, place something, delete it, then place it again, See what happens. Or right click before left clicking to place it. Or combine these and see what you get.
