Check out the scrnshots in the eye candy thread, by rice jimbob and xamolxis. Unit on cliff, unit in fishing baot. How do you do that with out making it obvious that you raised land?

Hmmm... I'll try again, but that doesnt explain the one by xamolxis with the unit on the cliff. Thanx though.

I don't know much about the editor, but i think if u place a unit and then use the "move" action u can place it anywhere ;D

Yes, you can. Uncheck in editor 'object placement restrictions' or suchlike. For moving object in altitude you may have to uncomment the arrowup/down keys in 'editor.con' chapter // Move unit mode.

Sorry - different language version here I looked up in AoWiki, the 'magic switch' is -> Objects menu -> Ignore placement restrictions This enables object positioning on 'illegal' places like eg. on other objects, cliffs, ...
Moving object in altitude (y-axis) is not per default enabled. In '..\startup\editor.con' the hotkeys are disabled (commented out by '//'). Uncommenting (deleting '//') enables the hotkeys. So one can use Ctrl-arrowup/down for movement.
