Anyone know how to increase the range or range damage of a unit with triggers.
I know how to increase the hitpoints with triggers, but it seems all the fields in the modify protounit do not affect combat qualities. Is there an XML mod I need to do this?

I have tried them all.

Something is wrong with the modify protounit trigger, alot of it's things don't work. They worked in aom, but it seems ES rushed that trigger way to much.

Former level designer at Reverie World Studios.
I still do some levels for fun, though!

I'm not sure exactly which of the modify proto unit effects don't work, but a few for sure. I've gotten around the problem by editing the proto.xml. Of course that comes will all the baggage associated with mods in AOE3, but it's worked for me in my map.
