Ok I just found out the hard way that variables are not local to effects, but to the trigger.
This means you could not use the same effect twice in a trigger.
I have converted it all to QV and it works now. I've also updated the in Area effects to make better use of the query commands and lessen the lag. In Convert, you can actually loop it on high now with little lag (provided player is defined) and watch them form a circle around a point.
Of course, it isn't mandatory - if you don't, you simply cannot use my effects/conditions twice in same trigger. If you don't know if yours is ok, just check the readme for the last line: *Updated January 20 2007 Appologies for inconviences caused; still exploring this style of triggers - hasn't really been done before [This message has been edited by pftq (edited 01-20-2007 @ 11:41 AM).]
Redownload my triggers if you downloaded them before this post. The triggers are now fixed.
