I thought that it would be good for us players (and inept ones, like me) to put their decks here and ask for advice from more experienced people. The rule is that no one abuses this for online play (no one looking at a deck, and making a counter deck for it, and then using it on that player to beat them easily.) So, here goes for me:
Civ: Dutch
Level: 22
Discovery Age: 300 wood, 300 food, 300 gold
Stadthouder (dog, extra explorer combat power.)
Bank of Amsterdam (+1 bank)
Advanced mill (cheaper, more efficient mill)
Team cheap Discovery age market upgrades (to give the team a little early game boost in economics.)
Advanced Market (for me to change my bank earnings into hard earned resources more quickly.)
Colonial Age: 600 gold
Infantry Attack
2 outposts
Advanced Arsenal (for well armed troops, and to make up for the speed reduction from the religious thing.)
Fencing and Riding Schools (To crank out troops quickly)
Dutch religious thing (for the extra bank.)
Fortress Age:
Falconet
4 outposts
Fort
Industrial Age:
2 factories
Team Coehorn Mortar
Advanced Artillery
The general strategy here is to dig in around a significant choke point, hold the enemy at bay with loads of outposts, walls etc, and grind them down on attrition against quickly produced armies of well armed soldiers, backed by a very strong economy (banks, wood and food producing factories rendering it self sufficient.) However, it is probably flawed. Thoughts from the experts?
