Ok i know that the AI wont cheat with resouces anymore. But another really annoying thig is how they can do everything at once like say you attack some units with a ornager in aok(c) they will always move out of the way like the comp is alway watching the battle or villies will instatly garrison wtc if the AI is to act more like a player it has to have more human limits. That means not being able to be everywhere and do everything at once.

As long it doesn't know where you are automatically i don't really mind. Starcraft can be VERY annoying in that respect.
A world without nature is a world without life topace3k-Cuirassiers are like.. some sort of ogre riding an elephant. They wear titanium armor, and have a force field as well. And now, they throw grenades... Ever wonder if parrots think we are mimicking them? My ESO2 user name is Arayashiki

Maybe this as not much to do with the AI settings (or yes?) but i remember that, when you where playing The Conquerors, in a FFA map with, say, other 5 bots, all of them attack you!
They team up, sending their men toy your location, rather than really atacking other bots. Dont remember if in AoM is the same way.... just wondering...

There should be a setting where you can customize the handicap percentage for the computer players.

There should be a custom difficulty based on handi cap percentage as he said, becuase the Ai in Aoc was intirly to easy once u learned to play a little and even on hardest difficulty beaing it was about like beating a noob on the zone.
Make sure its not possible to beat it on hardest without loosing a single unit or building as this was very easy to do in AoC (for me anyway) as teh computer cant handle a flush, even if its in castle age, it has so few vills it can make militray, kill a fe wof them and the Ai resigned, on hardest difficlty teh ai should fight till its dead lol or have an option of fight to the death.

The "you can micromanage too" thing is not really a fair response. The AI can in RTS's do things no human can (like give separate movement and attack commands to every single unit in existence at the same time, telling some to dodge an attack, telling individual units to go after individual targets, etc.) Humans simply cannot do that, your mouse and hotkeys can only let you control one thing at a time.
