I do not get it. He is using Portugal in most of his latest games and winning against 2200+ players!
Does this means that Portugal is actually balanced on expert level? Because I love playing Portugal but after getting a 25% winning percentage with them I simply gave up.
To me, Iroquois feels like the civ Portugal should have been.

Portugal really seems like a pretty weak civ right now. Strangely, I still manage to lose to them a ton of the time. But I think that's my issue, not theirs.

British longbow spam beat dutch but now that those are nerfed dutch has a slightly better chance against them.
Coming from a Britain player, a Dutch FF could destroy a Britain player in vanilla. A Standard 3/4 bank FF, spam falcs and ship in ruyts. I gaurantee you there is/was no way a Britain player could deal with a FF falc spam with ruyts.

I would LOVE to see a recorded game of someone beating a 2200+ as ports. That is just ludicrous. Ports are so food heavy.
I know they aren't 2200+, but thats a limitation that is too much as there are only 18 people currently over 2200 in TWC.
At any rate, Grunt seems to have switched to French now, leaving only 1 player using ports in 2200+ ratings.
