So I thought I might aswell try to create a patch myself.
Here are the patch notes:
(not sure about these changes since I don't play Aztecs) Iros for sure need some nerf, and FP FF is obviously OP. However, since I'm against removing the starting travois (takes away uniqueness) I would like it that you cannot build a warhut with it till age2. Kind of balanced civ IMO. Brits are pretty weak but I dont know how much you should boost them. Lbow boosts are dangerous because they can quikly make them OP. A 1.25x HI bonus for them may be possible though. Balanced, if not a top tier civ. Ottomans aren't OP but silroad is a BIT too good, espcially in team games. Spain is a still kind of OP but too many nerfs would make them suck. Maybe a small dog nerf would be fine aswell though. Not much needs to be said, Germany is UP in every aspect and very slow. Taking away the shipment penalty would make them finally somewhat faster again. If their FF turned out OP again (which it wouldnt since WWs are nerfed, FF time is nerfed ETC) you could just nerf FF in general even further by making it slower. However I don't think FF should be nerfed because IMO it should be a viable strategy for ALL civs. Making Germany unable to FF cause they MIGHT be too strong in age3 is the wrong way to go. Portugal is weak, but again not super UP. So a small change like the one mentioned above plus a xbow boost may cut it. Dutch is OP, but nerfing halbs is not right IMO since other civs' halbs arent OP and the unit shouldn't become worthless. Nerfing the halb card is also not great because the economy is what really makes dutch OP. Taking away one vill and removing the mining bonus will make them consideably slower. However, if a Dutch player is clever and manages to etablish a good economy he can still spam halbs/falcs and whatnot. Thats only fair. Russia is a bit weak in 1v1 ATM, but boosting them too much might make them OP in team games. However, a small boost is probably only fair. Maybe make their vills spawn a bit faster? +waterdance nerfed somehow+small canoe nerf +MAYBE a small xbow boost (few extra HP?) Aztecs are kind of balanced ATM, but their Eagles are a bit too strong vs HI lategame. However, if Eagles are nerfed Maces shpuld do their job better.

IMO cav takes too much damage by LI though many may disagree with me here.
Especially Aztec waterbooms are next to impossible to stop because with the waterdance and some micro canoes simply RAPE any European ships.
Xbows are a bit too weak IMO, but a too big boost might make them OP and uncounterable. A bit more HP is okay I think.
This is all I can think of ATM and I just wrote it of the top of my head so please don't bash me for horrible changes

Comments like 'way too many changes' aren't really helpful IMO btw.
I don't think that the balance will be perfect in my patch but still I think it would be better than before
