He is a newbie. Rather than fighting him and making him look bad, why not team with him in a 2x2 or a 3x3 and help both of yourselves by WINNING some games TOGETHER?
He'll learn more because he'll have you to protect him while he figures out what he's supposed to do, if you win he'll have a newfound sense of confidence (which may or may not boost his ability), and if you both lose it'll show him you are more human than he thought. (So long as you don't blame him.)
If rating's important to you, maybe you two could try combatting soem computers together to hone his strength and to give you something nubile to grind into the dirt with your foot.
Cos remember: this is just a game. You are not going to learn anything here that will further your real life in any way. It won't make you smarter or richer or happier, and it won't teach you anything.
No, no. That's what Team Fortress 2 is for.
...[T]he least initial deviation from the truth is multiplied later a thousandfold. -Aristotle, De Caelo
On the lips of the catechist the first proclamation must ring out over and over: “Jesus Christ loves you; he gave his life to save you; and now he is living at your side every day to enlighten, strengthen and free you.” - Pope Francis, The Joy of the Gospel
Call me out if I fail or seem to fail to live up to either of these. Either I will learn something, you will learn something, or we both will.[This message has been edited by D0CT0R WH0 (edited 01-29-2010 @ 05:02 AM).]
