Hello, my brother and I recently purchased Age of Empires III Complete Edition via Steam. We both made an account, but for whatever reason the password my brother used didn't work, so he answered the security question correctly and received no email. I figured he may have entered his email wrong so I did it on my account and I also did not receive any email to reset my password. He tried using the website to no avail and stresses that he's used every variation of his password and that there must be an error on the account creation. So we tried to contact support via the original Age of Empires website to no avail. When we found an email that MAY be still active for support and sent a ticket through that, we haven't received a response in almost 42 hours. So is there any legitimate support or account support we can contact to get his account situated? We really want to play online!
