Topic Subject:How do you age a civ up in the editor?

Yeah I know it sounds like an extremely stupid question but I really do need to know.
EDIT: One more question. I've been seeing cobbled roads in many peoples screen shots. Where do I find that? I'm sorry for the REALLY stupid questions but I'm used to an AoK style editor. You dont even want to know how long it took me to even figure out how to place a river.

i used the player : setage with age 0 being the first age. http://wiki.heavengames.com/age/Main_Pagefollow the links to the effects page and you can search, i found it very handy

For the cobbled roads effect there is an oject in the buildings section called city_streets or something like that. You can change the different styles and options by right-clicking.
Also I think there is a paint brush thats also called cobbled streets.

there are a couple cobblestone terrains. one is simply "cobblestones", but then there are a couple more ornate and pattern-y ones that go along the lines of "east_colony" the ones you've been seeing, however, are the objects. spc city street, I think its called.
