It's up for download now, I just downloaded it. I haven't done much yet but I did find some bugs, and checked in the editor to find their source.
-First, I went to the church and got changed to a Cossack, and then went to the little port village near the start. However, it seems the triggers there require you to be a rodelero - use
"distance to unit" instead, so it doesn't matter what unit type you are.
-Also, player one has a few extra units in random spots on the map. These don't seem intentional, and should probably be removed (were they used for testing or something?)
-There are not very good instructions at the beginning, try adding an introduction cinematic to give the player a better idea what to do.
-turn user control off for cinematics. (I assume you didn't use cinematic mode because it currently stops chat from working afterwords)
-While in the editor checking the first problem, I noticed that player one levels up twice to elmeti instead of going to mamaluke. (though I believe elmeti are stronger anyways
-I also noticed that there are way too many pikemen-type units on the map - there's no way you could fight those all with cavalry (especially while you're still low level. And I'm pretty sure ronin beat any cavalry in the game).
-This one probably cannot be fixed, but it is kind of distracting that you can see all allied things on the map. I believe turning off allied line of site is bugged, however you could try making stuff neutral instead of allied and using triggers to heal units near the priests (damage units in area negative damage).
I may of missed something there, but anyways other then that this seems good. The map design is good, and it seems fun, I'll try and get farther later. The main thing it needs is just more testing - though I guess you said this was in Beta anyways so this should help you fix the bugs. I'll tell you if I find anything else.
lol 1000x1000 i was giong to make one that big untill i realised it would take a year to load the map each time.
Yes that's one of the problems, I'm planning to make it slightly easier then normal or to have some sort of respawn after death where you would loose some xp or money or something so that you don't have to reload too much. Won't help me making it though
Actually I started this over a year ago, and planned TONS of stuff, I just need to actually do it...it takes a LONG time to make such a big map.
