Hey guys, it's me again and I have a few questions

1)Is adding new revolt options still hardcoded? I know it sounds silly, but reading the UHC Configuration file i came across this: "customRevolutionBanners: Allows new revolutions to have banners above the revolutionary’s portrait in the Revolution UI"
so i assume there's a way to do it now, or not?

2) since in my mod italians have access to new consulate options, i noticed every faction can be choosen just once or youll be stucked with that specific ally for the rest of the game. Is there a way to avoid this or it's hardcoded too? Also, i noted some techs in the BigSequesters called ypBigSequesterInitial with the effects not present in the techtreey (maybe they're handled by the exe like "InitiateRevolution"?)
