I like to think I have mastered sarcasm in the internet as well, but it would seem others still have some trouble identifying it sometimes

I like to think I've mastered the ultracasm. It's basically sarcasm squared, with added onions. This post in an example of an ultracasm.

i think i'm at the point where rarely even bother trying to decide if someone is 'serious' or not. in fact most of the time the whole concept of seriousness doesn't even enter my mind while i read forums.
