And yeah it feels weird when I see people from highschool I knew married with children :/
Half the people in my year had kids by the time I finished school anyway, so that's not quite as scary, or perhaps more of a different kind of scary.

But yeah, mainly scary due to the whole old/responsible/"I'm actually an adult now!!" thing, got the same kind of feeling when my younger brother bought a flat early last year, then one of my friends did, then I did.

This month I have mostly been playing Zelda Breath of the Wild
Steam - Maffia GFWL - Maffia01 YouTube - HGMaffia Twitter - @HGMaffia
Age of Empires 3 Heaven Seraph

well it's not a sports car, so yeah it's not super exciting. mostly i wanted small b/c it's easier to drive around where my job is, and also cheap. but i did get the version with a turbo so at least it can move when it has to.

It's not a terribly exciting or exotic car but I bet its damn practical and enjoyable. Nothing wrong with that. I'm a little bit jealous! My mildly exciting car currently sits there with a ****ed clutch until I can afford to repair it.

what kind of car is it?

I was looking at some two seaters, like a pontiac soltice and a honda crz, but decided they weren't practical enough (not that those are all that exciting anyway, at least not the honda). even used they would have been more than i paid too.

this car is my first that's not an automatic, so I'm still kinda learning how to drive it. it's so much fun though, glad i went with a manual.

Yeah dio got married about a year ago I think. Dio's actually grown up to be a fairly interesting guy even if he is a little more average than I figured he'd be. He reads a lot of good books though.

Honda prelude - mildly exciting. Admittedly not my first choice but its definitely earned its place in my heart and its current state of makes me very sad.

I'm really close to the High School which is up main about a mile and a half from the beach.

e: feel free to take my suggestions from the thread title except for hurricane's (unless you like hanging out with drunk assholes). The hot tip on the sugar shack is to get there around 8 and wait for a seat out front. The hot tip for Sharkeez is taco tuesday.

My first car breaking was the reason I had to get a new one. On the one hand I really liked my first car, on the other hand it was an unreliable piece of shit (an 02 Fiat Punto). I spent close to £1000 maintaining it in the year I owned it, which wasn't great. Eventually the head gasket went, which was just too much for me to pay for.

I got a new car this year too. I got a Prius. *cue the jokes*.

And yeah, I'm one of them people who "grew up" but to be fair I was on track for doing it since I'm a pretty boring guy and getting married was awesome and stuff.

I'm currently a Data Analyst at Best Buy (corporate, not stores). I had to restart Uni after coming back from Brazil to the US so I'm on my second year again. I got my own house last year and it's a pretty sweet town home in an amazing neighborhood.

I played a lot of AoEO and even bought the $100 package when it came out but holy ****balls they really messed up the meta-game. PVP and Skirmish is still the old AoE with shitty cartoon stuff, but levelling up and quests just aren't any fun.

I still post at FPH a lot and we even have a wiki of our inside jokes for which we're the only people who think is funny. The wiki has like 500 articles and growing :|.

We did the in-joke wiki over at the whisper for like five minutes. It got old... well to be fair I still think it was kind of funny.

i played aoeo for a while. i paid for a few things after they cut all the prices in half some time last year. i got bored after a few weeks though; the game feels a lot like aom with all the fun stuff taken out.

I had a dream last night I was playing AOE and can't remember what civ, but the Romans (red) on my eastern flank and the Assyrians (teal) to the north and west had just finished up beating each other up in the centre of the map and declared a truce to come and hassle me. I was durdling about in the tool age still when some red triremes showed up in my fishing village and griefing it. So I reached into the screen with my bare hands and grabbed fistfuls of enemy triremes and squashed them/threw them out of the revealed part of the map.

Then I took my pathetic crappy war galleys in my hands and slid them back and forth, strafing the enemy ships and troops from off-screen. Meanwhile I was busy walling up parts of the highlands and ageing up. A warning dialog box popped up saying I was cheating and would be disconnected in 30 seconds.

I stalled out hoping my opponents would resign before the 30 seconds was up so I could squeak a win.
