Religious differences finally come to blows between BoarsHead and her neighbor. For the sake of nation these indiscretions will be played out, to and for this just fruit that is fruition. These equals to be paths undone may alone know the stride that will lend to the telling of this tail, when the day is drawn neigh and nothing else stirs. Till then our fathers rest a wakeful eye, on all that is not prosperity or glory driven, that our harts will be never full till we are our people again to lift up and be free of tyranny and oppression a lofty body. And so it was with the last good man BoarHead could give, that he came freely.
This is a cavalry map, where holding area's will give resources. The AI is handled in trigger form, and manages these sites on all difficulty level.
Looking forward to some comments on the balance,...or Timing of the enemy occupation. The food feeder supplies both players, so the major balance factor is the "Unit creation" time vs. the occupation of feeding spots. Chose the timing as a curve so enemy is likly for have a few more men than yourself, yet picking a few where you can gets you to the kill ratio and rewards. As you move up this escalation of reward the "creation time" is bummped in your favor.

Very Playable with no issues that I see in that respect.
The balance is a little tough early on but by placing a unit in each base it left me still getting resources while I could send the majority of troops to oust attckers from my base or units trying to occupy one of the others
The idea is very cool and original...and the cinematics were very cool.
Map Design: 3
The map design was very basic...no eye candy to speak of...but not bad either...
The story was a bit light but the instructions were pretty clear...maybe a bit more explanation on the kill/upgrade ratios in game...
All in all I enjoyed it a lot...another good one by sziggi

Oh yeah....I almost forgot...after the victory it goes straight to the main menu...

Hey, thanks for the review. Think your score is fair, though would have maybe fluffed the map design a bit for the use of cinematic, yet pretty much I'd say I agree with your assesment. Mostly a short play map yet entertaining I hope for a change of pace. As I was building saw the potentail for much more detailed rule writing for the town grabs. As it is the moves are on a cycle with random #. Yet with a desire to occupy the needed resorces this map or a similar map could be very challenging.
