You may use it by open the scenario editor and go to edit-load build-in groupings function.
How to install?
copy it in the age of empires 3\rm\groupings and replace the oringinal one.
The oringinal one can't be place, so I make this to fix this pity. Now you can place the star fort in the editor.
P.S. soldiers cannot walk on the fort wall. please give me a comment.
I have many questions. First of all, where do you put it? Once it's put in the correct folder, to use it in the editor do you just find the Fort building, or is there a building called Star Fort? Is it ESO compatible?
I think you should have a readme attached or at least say where to put the file.

I think its pretty cool but should we put it in the documents aoe3 or in the Program files aoe3?

Lt_Andrew_Post: If you want to know how to install/other info, make a comment. Giving a file a rating of 1 is NOT a good way to get a friendly response out of the author.
KingOmar: If you want it as a user-made grouping, place it in 'My documents\My Games\Age of Empires III\RM\Groupings', and if you want it as a built in grouping, place it in 'C: Program files\Age of Empires III\RM\Groupings'.
