a perfect party game. this will last upto 15 minutes. if you have ever played the forum game mafia you will know how long it takes, you can now play this much shorter version. you have the option to explore the mafias village and if you like the surrounding forrests.

the regular version has the teleporters into the forrest walled off. i suggest you play this one as there is little to no lag. the other version has the forrests unlocked but will lag online.
because or the nature of this game 95% of people you meet online won't know how to play and the game won't be very fun as no one will know what to do. for te best possible experince play with freinds who all ready know how to play.

this game is the old forum game of mafia but made into a scenario for aoe3.
it is most likely that the game will be new to most players so they won't know how to play.
because of this i think this game is ideally used for freinds that all ready know how the game works.

this game works out in nearly the same way as the forum game. so i suggest you read up on that before hand.
this game goes in turns.
the game starts when the hitman is chosen
if you are chosen hitman, you will know because you will see the circle to the west and morgan black will
appear there. make sure you do not tell anyone who you are. every time it is your turn to kill someone
a warrior will appear and it is upto you to select someone to kill, make sure you do not pick someone dead.
move the warrior to the flag infront of the units you want to kill. now read civilian instructions as they also
apply to you.
as a citizen you must decide who it is you want to kill. you must convince the players that this is the right player.
once you have decided you will notice every player has a duplicate unit around the town. go to them to choose to hang
that player. if the player has the majority of players voting to hang him he will be hung and out of the game.
player score is no indication of who is in the mafia
for a player to be hung they must have this many players voting for them
first round of hanging = 4
second round of hanging = 3
last round of hanging = 2
player duplicates are located from 1-8 clockwise with player 1 starting north
player 1 = babary corisar
player 2 = swiss pike
player 3 = elmeti
player 4 = fusilier
player 5 = hackapell
player 6 = highlander
player 7 = manchu
player 8 = landerscnit (sp)

Playable, no bugs that i know of. A bit too dark and foggy. Also u should make a spoofed chat to the random player who is selected as hitamn that tells him/her that she/he is the hitman, everytime i play there is confusion between the new players.

Could include mroe instrutions, and more info on y they are being killed by a hitman and y they think each other is the killer

I'm afraid there is nothing to be played if one of the players don't work with the rest of he/she doesn't understand english. Further more if a player is going to the fridge and don't come back for 10 minutes, everybody is stuck. No more game ...
EDITED: I was wrong, but i couldn't increase the point more then 4.
The only 4 points issue. Good idea, but unfortunately bad turned into practice. First i though it was a re-make of the glorious Hitman from AOK/TC, but oh dear ... what a disappointment.

I hope you don't expect more points for this poor appearance. There is no artistic feeling, just placed something in the Editor and i bet you have done this map (not triggers) in 15-20 minutes (?).
There are no instructions, no objective, nothing to give a clue of how to play your scenario.
Additional Comments: Don't give up. Try to have more feeling for the design and i'm sure all your work will be improved in no time.

I’ve Played this game a lot: loved how you are thinking who is the hitman and then you have to go and kill them. Just need to edit the lighting and it should be good to go.

One Problem was that you had to wait very long to know who was the hitman and who you wanted to hang: other than that great job
I give it a 2 because all you do is vote.
The balance is one since the host or others can get friends and gang up or everyone gangs up on the annoying guy.
This game is quite unique.

The design was fine, but it was just spammed houses and a few other buildings.
Instructions were not very clear at start, all I knew its that I had to vote ppl off or something...
The map was fine but did not live up to my expectations.
Everyone was confused on how to play this map, therefore causing playability to go down. Also, if some people decide to vote someone off just because they don't like that person, it gets annoying... Mainly i would say that you should fix the instructions/story part of the game, this would fix most of this area too.
Solid 5 here, civs and units won't matter since they don't fight at all. Nothing else is needed to say.
Well, i've never seen a map like this lol. No other map (that i know of) votes who to hang so that they are out of the game, however this causes problems as said above.

low amount of eye candy, just houses everywhere and something else every now and then, the reason why that this is a 4 is because of the lighting which made it hard to see, and you should add more eyecandy, it gets boring looking at houses all the time.
No cinematic, no story, no instructions other tahn vote ppl off. If you are playing with other ppl that have never played this map, you will not know what to do. There was confusion on who was the hitman, perhaps include a message that that person is the hitman. I also agree with kev that you should include a story on the hitman on why he is killing them and why they suspect each other.
Mainly improve the story/instructions aspect of the game, then this map would have gotten around a 4.
