It brings three new HCs as a playable Civ.
It works fine.
There a no Bugs and it's a good Gameplay.
It's a good Mod.
The flags in the UI aren't existing but thats not ugly.

Only drawback is the three civs dont have any explorers

If I gave them explorers, it would be a mod. But you can use the civs in singleplayer and lan, so it isn't really a mod.

Every home city comes with an explorer.....I played Boston & St. Louis without one and much prefer having one. Why have treasures if there's no one who can dig them up. Besides, Amelia Black & the Colonel are what makes St. Louis rule!

If I would implement the explorers for this civs, you could play online anymore.

Why don't you make a version with explores, for single player, and one for multiplayer w/o explorers, great idea by the way. And someone said you can't get treasures w/o the explore, and that's not true. Villagers/Settl;ers can pick up treasure when I play. Great mod!

I'm giving you 4.5 because the campaing civs have no explorer and act1 and 2 can't advance
to the last age.

If you change that, then it would be a mod and you couldn't play in multiplayer.

I fixed the problem with explorers. I added the Portugal shipment Bandeirantes (ships 2 explorers). I couldn't make it so you start with an explorer for the reasons KaSt0r mentioned but i did the next best thing. I enabled the upgrade to be sent in age one. I also added some changes to Malta since they were rather weak compared to the others.
***NOTE i can still play in multiplayer with these changes made****
