Disappointing - that's not "King of the Hill", that's "Run for the Hill"...
The gun is much too strong, whoever gets there first wins almost for sure. Having said that, the Spanish have a HUGE advantage here, because their war dogs are available right from the start and can support the explorer in taking control of the gun.
Worse still, whoever controls the gun also controls the trade route, giving an even bigger advantage.
As others have stated already, put something else on the "hill", otherwise there won't be no back-and-forth battles that make this kind of game interesting.

HgEuAaVrEdN - I don't know if you are still looking here but do you mind if I use your FixedGun&Base grouping in my next revision to my map Dogleg Islands? I will give you credit in my readme. It seems easier since some will at least have already installed it with over 1000 downloads.

i still look here once in a while.. im working on an update, some fixes and randomness.
as for the grouping, good to see that my "work" is useful for someone else.
AFAIK you dont need it installed if used in a scenario, but on a RMS i suggest not to use it, appearently it wont download with the rest of the map if transfered from eso and causes problem.
