please make comments to tell me what i did wrong and what i can do to improve. this is a 1v1 game in yucatan and it was no warships. I was doing a manor boom type thing but just couldnt beat this chineese guy. At the final battle, i hit him with everything i had from life guards, redcaots, rodgers rangers, black watch, and i even revolted but none of it worked. Please help me to become a better player.

I have watched the rec and i have many things i would like to mention. I hope you dont take it negativ because some things are like a matter of taste and im trying to help :)

So here we go:
-first send 3 vils to food immediately in the beginning, rest to crates
-build the house(s) with the create vil(s) and a vil also immediately (!) as soon as you have the res
-change deck: instead of 2nd fort and medicine go for hussar and musk Attack/Defense cards
-3 rockets instead of 2 infinite (=taste)
-3 vils as your first card is fine, second should be on water the schooner card to GO ON WATER EARLIER (40 wood for one "vil") or on a land focused map the 700 wood for earlier house stable/barrack, leaving some villies left for gold/food collecting (shift then only 8-10 vils to wood during ageup (=taste)
-3rd card 6 musk is also fine (=taste again)
-Remember the earlier the vils/fishing boats are there, the more time they have to bring you res!
-Attack more earlier and be more aggresive and
against his eco!!(!). Look at the map for shootend hunts to raid (harass!)!
-dont build pikes, build houses or fishing boats or even get the TPs UP!!
-retread when MM appear and atack later
-go for TC AFTER you destroyed some houses, his barrack or his eco (you nearly wasted all you musks and with the them the res you spend for a little dammage)
-send no fort against his mortars every card would be better
-build in the 3rd more TC, gain map control with them and you can boom from them (instead of a plantation, you had the wood; or: 800 wood=one harbour with 6 fishing boats (without schooner)=vils(nearly as))
-try to go for both seas!
-no revolution, build more stables, build more hussars
-stay longer in colonial to have more units, a better eco (saving 2200 res) and go for an early hussar/musk combo(=taste)
-build houses in front of your TC!!!
-shoot with one vil the hunts towards your TC!!!(!)
-try to attack with the hussars from the back, driving them to your musk and he has to split the damage(!!)

hey your suggestions are great and are positive but whay would you have done with all the hand monators and flamethrowers to win that final battle?
Grottenmolch Mass fully upgraged hussars they counter both!
China has a weakness against Cav and in this army there was no real counter to them! In general your army should react to his army, but musks+hussars are a good combo (with micro of course).
