This Scenario allows you to play as either the French or the British and fight for control of the vital Fort Carillon. Play as the French for an easy victory, as the British will use the same tactics they did in the actual battle, or the British for a slightly more challenging experience.
Either way this scenario is rather easy, and is good for the begginger. With several secrets strewn throughout the forest surounding the Fort that can help the British, it also has a slight bit more depth than just swarming the Fort, that is if you want to take the time to look!
V2: I have fixed the auto-lose bug when playing as the British. I have also modified the movement triggers when playing as the French so the British attack the front, and not the side.
V3: I have fixed the cannon bug when playing the French(forgot to set those to convert) as well as fixed some balance issues, making the French part much harder.

If you play French, it's a pretty straight forward victory.
If you play British, there is a bug, you immediately lose. No chance to play.
Thats odd, it always worked for me. I'll look into it.
I found the problem. I fixed the bug, in the original, but for some reason the data didn't save properly, so I lost all my changes past a point. I have fixed the scenario and it should work now for both sides.

Hey, I just played it. It's too short to rate, so I'll just comment.
Map design was good, I'd give that maybe a 4. Gameplay was very easy, but I won't take off points for that since it's extremely difficult to get a ff scenario to be hard yet playable. Like I said, it's a little too short to be a single scn, but that kind of FF would be great for filler in larger campaigns, hnt hnt.
Altogether I think it was a good scenario. Nice design, not real fancy; and about as good of balance as you can get, given the type of scenario it was. As a single map I'd give it maybe a 3, since there isn't much to it; but if it was part of a campaign I'd maybe give it a 4.
Based on this I'm glad I have you on the team! Anyway, hope that helps.
Short but nice scenario. It took me about 10 minutes to win (as French 5 and as British 5), but I don't think a short scenario is a bad scenario. :D I liked it.
The balance was the weak point in this scenario. The balance is okay if you play as the French. If you play as the British however, the French don't do anything at all. It would even be possible to win the scenario with only the artillery.
Creativity: 3.5 (4)
Well, because this is a very short scenario, it can't be as creative as a much longer scenario. However the idea to kill one guy to prevent the cannons from arriving was nice. I also liked having stealth warriors in the forest.
Of course being able to control either the French or the British side is a good idea.
Map Design: 3.5 (4)
Nice map design, I like the forest and the animals in it.
Story/Instructions: 3.5 (4)
The instructions were clear, maybe even to clear (the hint where to place the cannons isn't needed imo). But I think you could add a bit information about the story. But because this seems to be historical accurate, I give you a 3.5 (=4).
Overall, it was short, but fun. I hope to see more scenarios from you! ;)
