This scenario is a geographically accurate BLANK MAP of the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), including the Strait of Gibraltar, Ceuta, and the Ebro, Duero, Tagus, Guadiana, and Guadalquivir rivers.
The map is totally blank; you may add whatever terrains, units, and buildings you like. Add a network of trade routes, or impassable mountains, or rain on the plain in Spain - it's up to you. Included in the map are two spectacular waterfalls in the headwaters of the Duero. You can build up cliffs and eyecandy around them as shown, or you may flatten the river at these points as needed.
Created originally to support the defunct Peninsular Wars campaign, this map is VERY LARGE (900 x 900) and is best suited for single-player fixed force scenarios, RPG adventures, and offline historical campaigns. You can try hosting it on a LAN as an Earth-style Free for all.
Nuts and bolts:
Objectives and triggers are blank. Optimized for AOE3+TWC+TAD. Rivers are navigable along their entire length, including the waterfalls.
Two waterfalls on the Duero in the mountains.
Las Marismas is a marshy area around Seville.
The northwest coast is rocky and rugged.
