there is one more thing that i would like to solve but i am out of ideas , this pic will tell you all ; http://slike.hr/slike/screen6_47b5f.jpg.html .
when Japanese civ playing there is whole bunch of allied settlers around jap houses trying to hunt animals but of course they cant so they just stand in near by and do nothing most of the game .
Does anyone have an idea how to solve that ( without compromise Japanese economy of course ) |

ok, a... i didn't even knew this happens, you would think that this was a thing they thought about when making the game... but it seems not...
i don't understand though why are the chinese villagers affected by the shrines... really weird and i don't know any solution to this... it is something form the AI file, your the AI master so find a fix.:):)

they are not really affected by shrines , they just see animals around them and trying to hunt but it looks like "no one" tell them that they cant hunt animals on shrines - they are some sort of Japanese Factory ( gold food wood ) .
Walls are cool , love the new doors :D |

oh... hm... then we need to make them think that shrines are also like livestock pens...
and i know just the thing, but it's too late now, i'l do it tomorrow... |

Hey, love your mod!
I had a few ideas though for some naval upgrades, and I know some are possible and some are probably impossible.
- Fix the monitors for the Chinese and Japanese somehow. Maybe give the atkabune the monitor's special attack or something, but it's really weird for them to have monitors.
- Change the appearance of the Indian Navy. I know during this time period that they used European ships, but it'd be cool if their sails were tan instead of white and maybe had designs like the Ottomans. Maybe give them a galley as well to replace the caravel.
- Speaking of the Ottomans, I noticed that sometimes when the ships take damage, their sails change back to the original sails. This might only be for the imperial upgrades though.
- Make it so canoes and catamarans (and flat boats) carry only 5 or 10 units and war/tlaloc canoes carry 20ish.
- I doubt this is possible, but make it so canoes, fishing boats and catamarans can cross shallows. Maybe add flat boats to European civs to balance it. This would be really nice for fishing on river maps as well as using rivers to carry troops.
- Improve the AI to use their navy more efficiently and create new colonies. Especially for Ceylon.
- Design the boats to carry units based on their population. So a frigate has 50 slots for units, but cavalry would take two slots and artillery would take 3 or 4 etc.
I had a couple more non navy ideas that probably aren't possible but maybe worth a shot. Make it so only archer and mortar units can shoot over buildings, or at least walls. Other cannon and gunpowder units would not be able to shoot through structures anymore and it might make mortars more useful and archers better as a defensive unit. It would also look better as it doesn't make sense that they can shoot through walls in the first place.
My last idea is to make it so that walls somehow block or partially block the line of sight of all units except hot air balloons and elephants. Towers would allow the defenders to see over the walls. I really doubt this would be balanced, but it might be cool. |

Also, the campfires create a ton of smoke. Is there a way to reduce it? |

man, i'm a moder (a weak one too) not a damn developer!!!
and if i may say, you really HAVE NO IDEA how AoE3 works, basically everything you told me is impossible... don't take me wrong, i am happy you like the mod and all, but your requests... damn... not even the best moders would accomplish those...
as for the smoke, it's suppose to be a lot... it's a big fire...
and it's logic for the asians to get euro ships for 2 reasons, one balance, and secondly they had much european influence at that time, the reason for the consulate building aswel.

Ok I'm not a modder but I figured that many would be impossible. But what about the canoes carry limit? I think it's already balanced because of their speed and build limit. Do you think 5 or 10 would be better for those little canoes?
Why don't you talk to guy who made the update packs or whatever, maybe combine some of your ideas and get rid of others that aren't so great, idk unless one of you is against that. They're both really nice modpacks. |

I really want this mod but am terrible with computers haha I installed it like said in the read me. but nothing changes i dont understand how this all works. any input or help would be appreciatted. |

Put your AOE 3: asian original(no changes) upgrade to 1.03 and then put the mod.
