So, here is the setup:
Age I: 2vils
TEAM Cheap Market Improvements*
Hot Air Balloons*
You shouldn't have to go this far, but...
Age III: 7 Halberdiers
Hire Landshneckt Mercenaries
Hire German Black Riders
*Not used that often, you need to use your shipments very wisely
The Method (of annihilation :D )
At Age one, have 6 of the original 7 villagers straight to food, sending one to build a house. Then, create 4 villagers. Send the villager who has completed the house to mine.
Send 3 villagers to food, 1 to wood.
FIRST CARD: 3 Villagers, mighty important!
Put 1 vil on mine,2 on wood
During the transitional period, you should have: 14 Villagers total
7 on food
3 on wood
4 on coin
Age II: Now go collect that wood!....
SECOND CARD: 700f
With the bounty of wood you have collected, now build a forward
NOW BEING DUTCH KICKS IN!!! Build you a bank!
Also, have up to 10 skirmishers in production at this point.
Build a house.
Settlers by this point: 7f, 5w, 2c.
THIRD CARD: 700w
Build ~10 Pikes
Build another house, (3 now) and another Bank
With 2 banks, have your settler pop being:
FOURTH CARD: 600f
By now, you should be slowly trickling out some Grenadiers. I only had 5 for my first raid, which proved successful.
Hit the TC, then destroy houses.
Player has resigned. :DDDDD

If it isn't over by now, you should have enough to keep trickling out some pikes and grens. If not, you did something wrong. :D
Small, quick Boom:
Build some more houses & banks and hit Age III asap. Then, use the only-military-for-age-3 cards, and the mercs too. They are very easy if you have all 4 banks up. (If you upgrade through the church, which costs nothing but slows down your troops, you can have 6 banks.) That is, using the deck I provided. It should be really smooth sailing with the military units from age 3 as an army to defeat the enemy, if you hadn't done so already.

Why stop at 14 settlers? Why so late in building banks? No 8 pike shipment for your rush. No taking a TP. It's hardly worth building an AR if all you're going to make is four grens. Build a bank instead.
Your opponent could easily have remained in the game and given you a good pasting since your economy was shot and he had market upgrades and 32 settlers. Had he bothered putting out Minutemen your rush would have been fought off.
