Gets boring after a while, but at least random events add a great flavor. I also happened to detect a bug, in one of the earthquakes someone's boat got stuck in land, and he couldn't get killed and just resigned. Another problem is that its kind of complicated to get so many people from game browser this days (specially if its an unknown new scenario) - and all for such a simple and small (albeit fun) game. I'd advice you to reduce the number of fishermen and make the map larger. Maybe also add some extra bonus to whales in return and get rid of the shop's speed improvement.
I think the whales have somewhat of an advantage over fishermen given the map is so small, but maybe that's just me. And the random events, while fun, mess a bit with the delicate balance.
Cats and mice in water, now with a shop. However, there aren't that many water based maps, and its the first time whales/sharks/whatever earn such a "protagonic" place. I still think your idea was pretty good and IMO there's still room for improvement.
Map Design: 2.5
Overall the map is too small and the design is completely unaesthetic. Although the random events make it fun enough.
Its a pretty straight forward map. Only thing I could possibly complain about in this section is that the credits took a few seconds more than expected
