Playability: 4
This map is unplayable in a post industrial or post imperial fashion (which are the most fun). The fun behind playing a good colosseum is that eventually your civ might get good units as the game progresses and it might actually stand a chance. Here, you stand no chance if you don't get a good unit in the first round. I give you a 4 because this is more a balance issue than a playability issue. I'd only say this map has too many slots for a Collo scenario. However you can always fill them with comps, so I guess this is no issue.

Balance: 2
It doesn't have a proper counter system. Why include heavy infantry in the first section where every other unit is ranged infantry? Why include only one unit of heavy cavalry in the second one? Contrary to most colloseums, as the game progresses the balance system doesn't get much better either. Also, read the point above in the playability section.

Creativity: 4
I think I have seen this idea before but not in a Colosseum fashion (don't get angry, any other colosseum game deserves a 0 in creativity)

Map Design: 4
The map design looks fairly good, specially when compared to most Colosseum games. There's a wide selection of units, but I'd reemphasize this map lacks actual unit counters.

Story/Instructions: 5
The game is pretty straight-forward and you even included instructions in the objectives sections. Absolutely no complaints here.

Additional Comments:
It's silly to call this scenario a colosseum game. Wherever you look at it, this map shares no resemblance with the Roman amphitheater whatsoever. You forget the whole idea behind what a Colosseum was in the first place.
