Here I show that the AI can be made better and is greatly improved. However, there may be some issues needed to be fixed in it.
This AI is a booming/turtling AI, and also plays Deathmatch games well. Sometimes, it attacks hard, but it is not specifically designed to rush intelligently. In the future it may be made to be more aggressive in certain parts of the game. The overall goal of the AI is to improve it overall, so that we can afterward improve other features of it, such as rushing and fighting on water.
As a note, the German AI's early game has been massively improved; all the AIs upgrade Colonial Age and Fortress Age Market upgrades an Age later, instead of beginning it in Colonial. This way, they conserve more resources, and should play more competitively.
