SPC Cities with Explorers

lpmr	Posted on 03/17/06 @ 04:07 AM This download will provide the 3 cities in the SPC. They can be used in single player and LAN games. Unlike the other file that only enabled the cities to be used, I added the ability to get explorers. I couldn't make it so you could start with an explorer because that would create problems for online play. Instead I used the Portugal shipment Bandeirantes(sends 2 explorers) and enabled it for the 3 SPC cities. *Also I included theses: --Malta and Boston can ship a factory (malta is not allowed to advance to industrial so if the factory is to be constructed for them change the starting age to IV)* --Maltas 2 falconet shipment can be sent infinite since they cant build them normally --Malta can ship 2 settler wagons infinite age 1 --Malta can ship 700 gold infinite since they dont have plantations --Added extensive fortifications to Malta --Malta can ship improved buildings infinite times (yes the ability stacks) I made some of these changes ages ago when my friend and I were really into playing LAN. So if you notice more changes then let me know.
