Pretty good russian mirror game of me vs 71. I played this today. As of today, 71 is ranked 14th for vanilla 1v1 on Simple ELO. This game ended by him using an OOS hack, so the game didn't even count towards my PR or ELO unfortunately. 71 was a HUGE bad sport for using an OOS hack in this game. Oh well, at least I beat him. Now we all know why 71 has such a high rank. (hint: it is because he cheats, not because of skill)
After the game I chatted with him to complain about him using an OOS hack. He said I deserved it because I "resource hacked". Well, I don't even know what that is, but I am certain I cheated in no way. He just couldn't accept he got beat fair and square by someone way below his rank, so he had to OOS hack and accuse me of cheating.
Here is a link to a snapshot of him admitting to OOS hacking: http://imgur.com/shFN7dL
in this very game I cannot detect cheating of any sorts from you, that guy is just dumb to say you "res cheated"
and I found no game listed between the two of you so I guess if it started as a rated game then it would be proof of his OOS even if he had not admitted to it
unfortunately I do not know if it is possible to determine whether it was rated or not afterwards
for the gameplay itself: well done! I was a bit sceptical when you stopped producing vills but it was the right decision because the extra military (instead of vills) won the game outright.
in the first fight you could have possibly used minutemen but overall good job!
and this guy shouldn't be pr31, not even close. he is really bad, eg he idled his explorer at the start for a good while

Thanks! Yeah, 71 definitely OOS hacked. He used the actually hack that send both players immediately offline. He didn't just drop out or yank his connection. As you know, the OOS hack is often paired with map hacks. I don't know for sure if he map hacked in this game, but certain things he did makes me suspect it. He was definitely being careful not to do anything that would make his map hacking obvious, but certain things he did still make me suspicious. Especially considering he owns the OOS hacking client which is almost always paired with a map hacking tool.

Have you reported him to Microsoft (or was that just a threat you made in the chat)?
It's actually really simple, just make sure you use the new-new ticket system (after they switched from the email system to the ticket system they made ANOTHER ticket sytem).

I really did report him, and I used the ticket system.
It was not an empty threat :P
He was also a map hacker and he has since been banned! You can check by trying to log into his account. You don't need to get his password correct, it will still tell you "error 103: account disabled" if you try to log into his account ^_^
That was a couple months ago though. I do not know of a working ticket system anymore. The way we are being told to report cheaters now is to send a private message to BarbarossaBlade on the age of empires III forums: http://www.ageofempires.com/Forums/
That method of reporting people has been working fine for me so far. I get speedy replies and results from my reports. I think I like it better than the old ticket system.

Wow, so that would be the 4th system for reporting cheaters they've had so far?

Cheating in a game that doesn't allow cheating? now that is a major offense
